I am extremely proud of my achievements during my time at Clarks. Leading the digital design team was a highlight of those years. Some of my accomplishments as team lead:
- Creative and production lead for site development and launch of ClarksUSA.com
- Executed prototypes and final designs from wire-frames
- Created guidelines and templates to ensure efficient and consistent executions
- Collaborated with Data and Operations Analysts to streamline user experience
- Partnered with Marketing and Paid Search Managers to refine SEO
- Worked with 3rd-party vendors to integrate customized code and tools
- Primary digital asset manager

- Designed and launched an in-house photo studio, cutting outsourcing costs and accelerating content production.
- Managed a lean creative team in a high-volume studio, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Directed large-scale content production: 300+ product videos, 350+ email messages, 50,000+ image captures, and 90,000+ outputs annually.

- Designed, developed and integrated email templates (responsive, adaptive and mobile aware versions) with an emphasis on versatility and UX.
- Developed and launched various email families and campaigns including: Service emails to support eCommerce sales and transactions, a welcome series for new subscribers, and a re-engagement series to reactivate dormant customers.
- Supported integration of real-time content delivered by 3rd-party vendors.
- Partnered with marketing coordinators and data analysts to conduct extensive A/B testing of layout, format, subject lines, calls-to-action, etc
